Recipe of the week:

Chicken Cranberry sandwiches
Ingredients
2 poached Chicken breasts, slices
2 Tablespoons of Cranberry jam
4 slices of Brie
1 tomato, slices
A handful of fancy lettuce, chopped
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
4 slices of bread
1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
Directions
Lay 2 slices of bread on the dishes, Spread Dijon mustard on the breads. Place chopped lettuce on the bread, then lay the tomato slices on top. Add Chicken breast slices on top and place2 slices of Brie on each sandwiches. Pour each tablespoons of Cranberry jam on each sandwiches. Sprinkle Thyme leaves on top, cover with another piece of bread and slice the sandwiches in haves.Serve with a glass of milk, Enjoy
